Keeping it going!!
A lot has changed since the last time I visited the site. I'm now working and more active during the day for a period of over 9 to 10 hours a day. I've ridden the weekends and feeling good. I know I have to hit the hills (Valard and Gleenwood) I did not want to push the last two time, but will the next time. Racing season starting soon and I have to get my fit from Dave and looking for a massage place to ease up my muscle. I'm feeling good and feel like I'm acutally losing weight. I have not weighed myself but waiting for Steve to give me a BFA. I will get back in more detail later. Right now at work and feeling good like I said. The goal is still reaching CAT 4 by father's day.

Family Update
Hi Fam,
Been busy getting a lot of proposals out for a job, and today I got a call to go and meet with the president of the company, cross your fingers.
I will like to also welcome Kimmoy and family to the website. Kimmoy, as most of you may not know is my niece from our oldest sibling, Julian. Kimmoy and I reconnected this past year and have had wonderful conversations. She is very curious and welcoming to knowing her family from this side. As you will see is a beautiful woman, married, and loving mother of two gorgeous kids. Check out her profile and get to know her and kids.

Hills! Hills! Hills & More Hills!!!! - Up that time on Road!!!
Saw my buddy Rob today at Treads and we talked about weight loss and how to get ready for the racing season. What was most important is the HILLS, I have to hit the hills and keep hitting them. Also, put in some more millage, at least over 200 per week, this is the only way I am going to meet my goal. I also saw Junior on the ride and he said he dropped over 20 pound. How? by riding slow and methodical, just burning that fat and eating less sugar.
These are things that can be easily fixed by me just paying attention to what I do during the week. I also have to get back to the gym a little. BUT, I'm riding, going to the gym twice a week, and playing ball once a week. That may also be too much. Some how, I have to make all this work. Did a ride today: Avg: 12.4 Trip: 22.5 Time: 1:47.58

Feeling Big, but looking Good!
We worked out last Friday, HARD, going into the weekend, I played b ball on Sunday, and felt good. However, I have not had the time (playing) to really see where my conditioning is. I run hard and feel a little tired but sub myself out just in time not to push or maintain a high heart rate. Worked out on Monday and felt good. Did another hard workout, but felt good after. Doing my daily push ups and did some wights tonight. Have not ridden the bike in about two weeks. Have to get back on sometime this week. Don't want to be left behind.
The title indicates why I'm doing the pushups and weights. My stomach has me feeling big and I know I have to do something to get past it.
